Field Engineer

Engineering and construction management graduates start here. As FE, you begin filling your tool belt with hands-on project experience – including trade partner and craft relationships, production reporting, layout, and primary and secondary control. Most importantly, this is where your safety training starts, and your safety culture is integrated into all you do.

Office Engineer

Office Engineer

Assigned to the Shared Resource Center, you will continue to develop basic office management skills – includes submittal management, posting contract documents, RFI’s, maintaining project records and assisting the Project Engineer. This position receives standard benefits.

Project Engineer

Project Engineer

As PE, your coordination and completion of assigned projects on site increases, and can include shop drawing and product data coordination, maintaining records of submittals and approvals, monitoring the procurement/manufacturing process, and contract oversight. You will also coordinate Quality Control performance and accountability steps, as well as warranty work.

Area Superintendent

Area Superintendent

This role advances your organizational skills, team-based problem solving, proactive leadership and strong management techniques. You help manage schedules, logistics, meeting leadership, safety, quality, and project goals. You are now a leader of project activities and have essential oversight for daily safety practices and for supporting all team members.

As PS, you are responsible for overall coordination and completion of all project aspects, including direct communication with owners, trade partners, architects, and team members. You implement the highest site safety standards in the industry, extensive quality control programs, resource-loaded scheduling, phasing and logistics planning, environmental compliance programs and coordination of multiple trades and trade partners. In this role, you are responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on varied construction project sites You recruit and train field employees to excel in all areas of project management, team collaboration, technology, safety, quality and communication.

Senior Estimator

Your estimator skills grow in this position with opportunities to expand your skills with 4D modeling analysis, value engineering skills and alternative building solutions approaches.

Preconstruction Manager

Preconstruction Manager

You lead preconstruction efforts across a wide variety of project types, including cost estimating, design management, value analysis, bid packaging and construction buyout. You find the best approaches to project scheduling and site logistical planning, coordinate quantity surveys and pricing, as well as guide overall preconstruction management services.

Chief Estimator

Chief Estimator

You have the ability and skills to develop project win strategies, exemplary subcontractor relationships, project risk analysis and accurate cost of the work determinations. You provide a high-level of departmental leadership. This position receives standard benefits, plus Vehicle Allowance.

Work Procurement Executive
