Milender White unveiled design progress for the new Fourth Street Crossing development at a community open house in Silverthorne yesterday.
Aiming to become the new “main street” of downtown Silverthorne, the proposal calls for a hotel, storefront retail, office space, a parking structure and residential units. Additionally, Milender White is looking to create a market hall, which will include multiple dining options, a cafe, and boutique retail space. The concept is rooted in the Silverthorne Comprehensive Plan and the Town Core Design District Standards and Guidelines. Recent design revisions incorporate feedback received from the local community to date, and the open house offered additional resident insight to help guide the project towards its final programming.

“We received a lot of great ideas and feedback from the community,” said Tim Fredregill, development executive at Milender White. “The team is excited to take the next steps in making this project a reality.”
Milender White plans to deliver its full plan submittal to the Town of Silverthorne later this summer.
