16M is a 13-story, 332,000 sq. ft., mixed-use building in Lower Downtown (LoDo) Denver at the intersection of 16th and Market Streets. The contemporary modern brick building features 130,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space and 36 luxury apartments on the top four floors. Additionally, 16M contains 15,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space and three levels of underground parking with 258 spaces. Building amenities include separate office and residential entries, a fitness center, and a private rooftop terrace.
16M is LEED-CS (Core & Shell) certified. Core and shell covers base building elements such as structure, envelope and the HVAC and electrical systems.
Milender White self-performed strategic elements to provide added value to the project and owner including concrete, installation of miscellaneous steel embedded items, safety systems installation, weather protection systems installation, ground control including barricades and safety flagging, site cleanup, excavation dewatering, finish carpentry, offloading and staging and project layout.
