Project Summary

The Fitzgerald is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo). This 524,000 sq. ft., 11-story urban-infill development contains 282 residential units with 66 varied unit types, and 304 parking stalls below them.

Construction is Type I-B. The two subterranean garage levels (P1-P2) are cast-in-place concrete, with post-tensioned cast-in-place elevated decks used for Levels 1-11.

Level 1 includes 9,375 sq. ft. of retail space, a leasing office, six dwelling units, a garage ramp to the basement and second floor, fire command center, fire pump room, generator room, trash chute termination room, bike workshop, exercise room, and support areas. Level 2 includes residential dwelling units and a ramped parking garage. Levels 3-11 are residential, with penthouses on Level 11. Level 8 has an outdoor pool, pool deck and exercise room and clubroom, and an outdoor patio can be found on Level 11.

The Fitzgerald features high-end amenities, finishes and designer-selected features such as stainless-steel appliances, matte black kitchen and bath fixtures, and quartz countertops. Residents can call on hotel-level services including bike rentals and repairs, vehicle porter service, guest room reservations, and dining, ticket and entertainment reservations.
