Milender White produced more than 300,000 sq. ft. of ready-to-install wall and floor panels for the construction of this chic new mixed-use podium development (Type IIIA above Type IA). AMLI Broadway Park contains 373 units and 14,500 sq. ft. of retail with a 520-space parking garage (one level of parking sits below grade). The five-story development is just one block away from an RTD light-rail station.
Seventeen ground-floor townhome units are located along the north, west and east faces of the project. Immediately south of AMLI Broadway Park, residents can stroll into a 1.5-acre public plaza with seating and gathering areas. Other project features include multiple courtyards, an outdoor amenity space on level six, a two-story fitness and clubhouse area, a pool, barbeque and lounge area, a dog run, a library and co-working space, and community gardening beds. In sum, AMLI Broadway Park provides renters with a truly exceptional urban living experience.
Our preconstruction team provided in-depth constructability reviews for AMLI and Davis Partnership Architects using 4D Building Information Modeling (BIM). The development turned over in two phases.
