Fourth Street Crossing is a 3.8-acre district that spans between 3rd and 4th Streets in downtown Silverthorne and plays an active role in elevating Silverthorne as a modern mountain town. The Bluebird Market totals 28,954 sq. ft. built from type VB construction– structural frame.
The Market provides a lively, community-focused atmosphere with open seating, flexible event space, a yard game area, and interactive arcade games. Milender White preserved the iconic Old Dillon Inn, encapsulating the historic building inside the Market; it will soon become a bar and restaurant to further enhance the community space.
Bluebird Market offers diners 12 chef-driven culinary concepts, plus goods from local retail entrepreneurs. The Market has already become a place where the best creative minds and businesses connect to grow and build a destination for the entire community.
Bluebird Market also includes the Summit Assembly event space, a raw space that has flexible seating accommodations and can be the perfect venue for many kinds of events ranging from weddings to car shows. It is situated in the hub of the 4th Street Crossing District and surrounded by access to the transit station, a 115-room Hotel Indigo, and a public parking garage with 203 stalls. The District also includes townhomes and two mixed-use condo buildings.
