Milender White developed and now owns and operates the Bluebird Market at Fourth Street Crossing in Silverthorne, CO. Fourth Street Crossing is a 3.8-acre district that spans between 3rd and 4th Streets in downtown Silverthorne and plays an active role in elevating Silverthorne as a modern mountain town. It is situated in the hub of the 4th Street Crossing District and surrounded by access to the transit station, a 115-room Hotel Indigo, and a public parking garage with 203 stalls. The District also includes townhomes and two mixed-use condo buildings. Milender White is also currently developing phase two north of 4th Street Crossing with additional residential and retail to expand the area and have even greater community impact.
