A voluntary easement with decorative paving, lighting, and landscaping allows cars, pedestrians, and cyclists to use the Lincoln Court alleyway between Catherine Phase I and Catherine Phase II to connect to both Olympic Boulevard and Colorado Avenue.
Phase 2 of Catherine Santa Monica won a 2022 ENR SoCal District Award of Merit, a 2023 Los Angeles Business Journal CRE Gold Award, and a 2022 ABC Southern California Chapter Excellence in Construction Award.
