This project consisted of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical demolition and rehabilitation work for vestibules 100 and 117 at Denver International Airport due to the movement of the existing concrete slab.
Demolition included aluminum storefront and doors, glazing, concrete slab, and open-cell ceiling. New work isolated the storefront from the slab by hanging the storefront and associated panel structure from the concrete structure above.
Rehabilitation included aluminum storefront, steel framing, automatic doors and hardware, drywall, open-cell ceiling, and finishes including carpet, paint, and exterior finish system.
