Dramatic views of the Rocky Mountains and the Denver skyline are visible through a wide expanse of windows.
To expedite construction, Milender White provided concrete lift drawings to fast-track the building foundation. Work included value engineering for HVAC and redesign of the mechanical system. We also provided design-build electrical services to coordinate electrical design with the new mechanical system.
