Milender White was the subcontractor responsible for all exterior enclosure scope on this mountain resort project, which consists of four condominium buildings with first floor retail space where Main Street meets the base of the mountain. Exteriors included 100,000 sq. ft. of HardiPlank and cedar siding and decorative cedar trim with 34,000 board feet of heavy trim.
