This two-story, 15,010 sq. ft. office building is a shining example of a high-quality tilt-up concrete structure. The facility features curtain wall glass and glazing, steel canopies, awnings and exterior stud framing creating an attractive cornice detail at the top of the parapet. The lobby area receives a vast amount of natural sunlight within its open atrium which exposes the second floor pathway.
The building overlooks the Van Bibber stream which required focused maintenance and care to preserve the surrounding environment. A live sewer line crossing the building footprint was relocated prior to construction.
Construction and design costs were reduced through a design-build effort between Humphries Poli Architects and Milender White. The design-build team worked to maximize the property location and building type and completed the project ahead of schedule.
