Milender White (MW) is managing both infrastructural and vertical construction at Mines Park Village, a design-build student housing project on 14 acres developed by Capstone for the Colorado School of Mines.
To create student housing with the look and “feel” of a market rate apartment community, MW and its trade partners are working to install improved roads and sidewalks, new detention and stilling basins and spillways, and new landscaping and hardscaping with a focus on sustainability, as the project is aiming for LEED™ Gold certification.
