One Seven at Belleview Station, 17 stories high, is part of the 55-acre Belleview Station development in south Denver, featuring Class A office space, retail, hotels and five parks next to a transit center. As part of the project, Milender White managed civil and infrastructure construction for what the project team termed the One Seven Belleview Metro District.
To complement the tower, pavers and durable site furnishings were added to the streetscape, along with hardscaping and soil landscaping and irrigation. The work was delivered under budget.
