Block 1B of this 12-acre, inner-city master planned community includes a quartet of four-story apartment buildings, all approximately 33,000 sq. ft., with parking garages below grade. Each building has between 30-32 affordable apartments.
The site includes playground areas and public leisure areas with complete landscaping, as well as off-street parking and a large water detention vault. Milender White worked closely with the City of Denver and the project’s civil engineer to coordinate the appropriate utilities and infrastructure needed to restore the original street grid. In the process two new streets were created – Court Place and Cleveland Avenue.
