RK Specialities Shop Expansion

Project Summary

The project included interior and exterior improvements to an existing 19,346 sq. ft. metal industrial building for RK Mechanical’s new structural steel fabrication shop and apprenticeship training center.

Milender White completed all new tenant improvements to the first and second floors to include new offices, conference rooms, training rooms, future lease areas, bathrooms and other spaces.
